Reconditioning Method
Every Skyjack machinery before disassembly would be carefully inspected with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates. before being thoroughly prepped for painting, all weldments are closely checked for any defects.
The Recon Division at Skyjack has all the needed tools to perform a high quality, professional paint job. They provide a state of the art blasting booth as well as a complete paint line and oven.
Every Skyjack equipment is meticulously reassembled in order to meet original OEM standards. The following parts are replaced with brand new components: hoses and filters, 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, the main control and main electrical cables and joystick controllers. Additionally, each unit is given new batteries, tires and bushings and battery cables and worn pins are replaced.
The 1st and 2nd tiers have a load capacity of ninety thousand lbs, the TXLC-974 in the 4th and 3rd tiers offers an 85,000 lbs load capacity. These units provide a 97 inch center of load. When at 106 inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is eighty two thousand pounds in the 1st and 2nd tiers and in the 3rd and 4th tiers it is still rated at eighty thousand pounds.
